In high school, my friend Jerry Ware homered, but was called out for stepping out of the batter's box. He got credit for a homerun, but no run or rbi. He was dead out.

Bengie Molina hit a HR with a runner on-base, which was originally scored as a base hit. Molina was pinch run for, then the replay determined it was a HR.
