Roll call! Who's up!
Wassup?

Me? I'm glad the season is over, so I can finally step foot into a mall or a store again without being trampled. Except, not this morning! Not on Black Friday!

And, I'm going to be a pig and eat again before I go to bed.

You?

5. Yep
I have been struggling with the asthma all week. I am going to the doctor tomorrow. I may have gone from asthma to now having a lung infection...gotta be sure.

10. I hate it so much that I usually put it off until I have to be hospitalized.
And the steroid treatment is just as bad. The damned cure is worse than the sickness sometimes.

13. Yep.
I do everything I can to avoid having to do the nebs/inhalers. I have a feeling I will be doing the prednisone next...which means the entire contents of the fridge will not be safe and I will be come the stay puft marshmallow man.

24. Really? The steroids (prednisone) ruin my immune system and I get sicker than shit.
Every opportunistic infection, you name it. I always end up LOSING weight.

25. Oh they wreak havoc on my immune system for sure
but they do bring down the inflammation in my lungs, and I suppose this is Newtons Law of conservation of mass, the rest of me puffs up by retaining water and getting ravenously hungry.

20. I won't wait until the last minute.
The minute before maybe...

I will feel better soon.

I just want to make sure that it is just the asthma, and not developing into pneumonia, since I seem to get pneumonia every two years or so.

You feel better too.

2. Hey!
I'm still up, but then again, it's only 11 PM here in California!

And I'm still so full from my Christmas mid-afternoon dinner that I won't be hungry again till tomorrow!

We did have some very good soup earlier tonight....

I'm glad the season is over too, and I can enjoy my presents and not worry about anything!

Good to see you tonight!

Quiet day here; the fun, frivolity, friends, and family will come on Saturday, when I go to Oregon to spend time with my siblings, and indulge in a Christmas dinner then.

26. me! ...not sure you still are, though. Can't sleep. I must be nocturnal.
My brain always gets more energized at the wrong time (a.k.a. when everyone else is asleep...). : )

What's up? Again, me. Other than that, I'm yearning for an interesting conversation/discussion - or even a less than interesting one - I'm up for silly at this point : ) . I wish I knew how to turn my brain off. Sometimes it has a life of it's own. Today was tough, perhaps that's why the synapses are firing off at warp speed (sigh).

My first Christmas spent entirely alone (not counting several fish, a bunch of wild finches that love the new pond, or one old lab who hates the rain, pees in the house and barks at reflections).

None of these companions are particularly stimulating conversationalists. My dog didn't even bark once today...

... sigh.

28. LOL! I'm still up. Warming up my second dinner.
My pets have absconded my place on the couch, since they know I want to sleep there tonight.

(That's another story - ceiling fan in my bedroom is not working. So the ingrates thank me and treat me like this!)

Your dog barks at reflections? I can relate! I used to swear my dog barked at hearing a squirrel poop. But now he is deaf, so I don't know what he is barking at anymore.

You have fish? Do they co-exist with people okay? :)

31. Have a better night, Yeller. For me, I can usually stay asleep if I can GET asleep.
Time for me to crash soon. (after I finish my meal, and give the pets their daily beatings.) :)

30. I'm awake.
I'm just sitting here on my computer, listening to various artists in the Celtic music genre. I'm kind of depressed after the holidays. What is there to look forward to from January through March, or even April? Nothing. Well, except for St. Patrick's Day, which I get drunk on mead.
