"At 10 AM this morning, XXXX began plans to activate the Incident Command Center in preparation of the arrival of Snowstorm Carter. The planning objectives are: to assure adequate staffing for all shifts as well as to assure safety and security for staff and patients; assure adequate supplies of food, water, medication, and utility needs; and provide safe access to the grounds. Staff may be required to remain on grounds until relief staff arrive.

The Command Center may be formally activated if more information indicates that is necessary. I will communicate further developments as they occur."
