Where are my vivid dreams???
Chantix promised vivid dreams and so far, zippo. I've been on it for 4 weeks. x(

On a brighter note. I'm not smoking! :bounce:

one was a US Nuclear sub stuck at the bottom of the pier in our town, on its side, with 15 people trapped.

3. Me too.
I had zero side effects from Chantix. However, my insurance wouldnt pay for it, so I stopped it before I stopped smoking. I still have a months worth prescription, for when I am more ready to stop.

4. Sorry if I sound like a broken record here.
Get some B and C vitamins; they will help with the dreams. And congratulations on smoking cessation, one of the most important things you can do for your health!

12. It will give them
B vitamins, B12 in particular will make your dreams more vivid. Take all Bs or you will become deficient in the others, they are co-enzymes. I added vitamin C as you are a former smoker, and it is good for your overall health. The way to remember your dreams is to wake up during them, other wise as far as I know, no one does.

Also, if you are not a vegetarian, try eating chicken for dinner, something about chicken and dreams.

13. Best way to get extremely vivid dreams
is to develop a heavy marijuana habit and then stop immediately. Your dreams that night will blow your mind!

15. i have vivid dreams and don't smoke or use that product

one thing you can try, visualize what you would like to dream about as you are falling asleep

for instance, if you would like to see new varieties of birds, visualize colorful birds you have seen (you will also see unknown species in your dream)

if you would like to see landscapes of crystal, visualize a quartz or amethyst crystal cluster, maybe you even own one you can look at before bed, or visualize peering into the heart of a large gemstone to see another world

visualize a planet you have read about in a science fiction or fantasy book, you will fly across a strange planet in your dream or maybe travel to several of them

near to bedtime look at a photo or an artwork of a strange and colorful place

good luck

16. Chantix really worked for me. I've been quit 6 months. You won't regret
it even if you don't get the great dreams.
