Coffee? *pfft* who needs coffee to wake up?
This works
Wake up at say 5:30
make you way downstairs and start getting your gear ready for a December morning swim at the gym
realize that your swimming shorts aren't where they are supposed to be
step outside and see that you left them hanging out over night

Half asleep put them on

:wow: :o :7  :silly:  :wow:

THAT will get the brass monkeys jumpin' let me tell you

2. My day starts between 4 and 5:00, outside in the rain,
watching three dogs poop. Believe me, I'm awake when I come in.

3. Jumping or contracting for cover!
I'll bet once you put those on the swimming shorts were not the only things that were no longer left hanging.

5. Jeebus, UP!!!!

The pool opens here at 5AM. You'd have to drug me to get me in that water this early. And, it's heated.

6. My gym has two
one for the "performance" crowd (like fish) and the warm one for the older crowd. I started in the warm one-can not embarass myself in the "big league" one now-but find myself going back to the warm water one on the early mornings.

I don't need to get goose bumps that early in the morning.

That being said I am starting tomorrow for a March marathon so I will be out and about in the werewolfin' hours this winter. Eye protection (glasses) does wonders for breaking down the cold ...at least a little. Cold is cold and wind is something I have to learn to deal with.

7. I've done something similar to that, but not with swimming shorts.
Let's just say the girls were bright eyed and stood at full attention that time.
