And YES, "The Supremes" have been billed as both "The Supremes" and "Diana Ross AND THE Supremes."

1. Smokey, without a doubt.

Motown put out a hell of a lot of great music, and the Supremes come pretty close, but Smokey's my favorite.

Marginally Motown- Sly et al did their best work after leaving MoTown I think.
