1. Nope
I have 2 tats that are similar in their design. One on arm and one on thigh.

3. Yeah
And I can relate. I REALLY like the one on the back of my thigh... but I can't SEE it x(. When I went to get another earlier this year, I kinda wanted that one on my arm. The artist cringed when I said that and urged me to get something similar but different. I followed his advice... but still wish I could see the other one myself without contorting myself all funkily in the mirror.

6. it's not silly if it's what you want
I was thinking I wanted a Ganesha tattoo, but I haven't found one that I really like just yet.

Here is the close-up of my newest one...

I got it done by an incredible artist named Mohan in Nepal

Eventually I am planning on getting a Hanuman tattoo... prob visit Mohan again...

I could easily envision getting the same god (different aspect). For example, meditating Hanuman and warlike Hanuman...

I say go with it if you can find/come up with another good design.

That wasn't why I suggested you go as one for Hallowe'en!
