We were watching it at a bar w. some old friends. I have a bitchin' hangover and dont remember much of the debate, also. It could have been because i was chatting through the debate, also.

1. nothing changed
I thought Obama was a little hesitant starting out, but quickly warmed up to the format. By the end, McC looked like an angry old man telling kids to get off his lawn. O looked like he was in control. The policy stuff is the same as we had been seeing all along with neither candidate willing to admit he will have to scale back his plans because of the looming depression. McC partially explained a new idea about the Feds. buying defaulted mortgage debts. No one mentioned Bill Ayers.

4. I wish someone could have told us that debate drinking games were irresponsible....
...and showed us the immature side of DU.

5. We won, they lost, drink a gatorade, ibuprofen and tylenol and eat a sandwich
You should feel better. If that doesn't work, go for a 40 minute jog. That will work for sure.

As for preventing said hangovers, drink only Craft Brew - that stuff has live yeast in it which will ward off a hangover.

12. Obama was calm, collected, and cool.
McCain was meandering, mixed-up, and mean.
