Any thoughts or comments on the O.J. SIMPSON conviction!
Just curious what people are thinking 13 years after the Murders.

Was this justice? Should he spend the next 20 years in prison?

Does anyone really care anymore?

5. I've been accused of subjective morality
and I guess it's true because on the one hand I think it's unfair to judge a person based on something unrelated to the current case but on the other hand I feel that in this case it was justice overdue. I think we've got a huge problem in the US with the judicial system favoring the wealthy.

8. He's guilty of doing business with stupid, moronic criminal types, so
he should go live with them. He'll do well in prison.

14. I agree.....anyone else who had held up
people at gunpoint and trapped them in a room and took all their belongings would be going to jail. I think the tape recordings spoke for themselves...................how stupid can you be.............

GOTCHA!!

I still don't think he will get much of a sentence though!

19. I'm surprised this is the first thread I've seen about it.
I do believe he probably got away with murder before and that he is an arrogant thug. He was evidently guilty of this crime and got away with it. I am glad he will do time, but he is still not being punished for the lives he took so brutally.

22. It is so ironic that OJ serves time for the very minor crime.
It is a bit like Al Capone going to prison for income tax evasion, instead of being a murderous Mafiosi kingpin.

Back in the old days, I used to bank at the same bank as OJ, in Brentwood, and I would see him there. He likes being a public celebrity, unlike many celebrities who hide. This is the pre-murder days. I also was stuck behind a Ferrari Testarossa in traffic one day. I was in my shitbox Chevy Nova, and wondering who the hell could afford the car in front of me. It was OJ behind the wheel. No hiding behind tinted windows for him.
