What's the difference between isolated and scattered when it comes

2. "Scattered" means there are more storms around than "isolated" does

Really, forecasters mix and match the two words to make it sound like they know what they're talking about... ;)

"Google is your friend" but instead

Isolated means less than 30% chance rain. Scattered means 30% - 50% chance of rain.
