Hey, what ever happened to the Large Hadron Collider?
Did the large hadrons ever collide? Did we collapse into a singularity and pop out in another dimension but just haven't figured it out yet?

3. Stay tuned.
It takes a little time to get particles to 99.9999991% of the speed of light.

The end is nigh, however. ;)

7. Not until Oct 21, when they really turn on the juice...
Or by year's end...

Or never.

it's the same thing as other particle accelerators, only larger, and natural phenomena produce larger activity (albeit uncontrolled).

People should be more worried about being hit by lightning, winning the lottery, or the insane catfish that runs around poking men in their goolies with a rusty tuning fork.

17. I'm living my life as if the world will end that day.
Edited on Fri Sep-12-08 05:36 AM by Kutjara
You know, the usual stuff like taking out huge bank loans, remortgaging my house, maxing all my cards and blowing the lot on loose cars, hard women, and fast drugs.

If the world doesn't end, I'm in big trouble. But I have faith it will, and in this world, faith is everything. Unfortunately.

14. You mean you don't know? Can't you see??!?
This morning, everything, I mean EVERYTHING has been replaced with an exact copy of itself.

People that you know and love, the people at work, school, all replaced with exact copies, right down to bad breath and pimples!! Your house, your car, the ugly drapes in your living room, all replaced with duplicates generated by the Hadron Collider!!!!

Good God, look around! Can't you tell??!??

Am I the only one that sees the horror??!!!????

It's all the same, I tell you, the SAAAAAAMMMMME!!!!!!
