I feel so... dirty.
Why am I wracked with guilt because I finally took advantage of the "ignore" button? I'm ignoring someone.

Why does it bug me that I had to do that?

5. because despite all your kidding,
you actually are a connected part of the community, and it is an important part of you. So hitting that button feels like a tiny separation from your family, even your better nature...

Right?

But remember it takes two to fight, or communicate, and you can't be reasonable for someone else... that's their job.

Blessed Be,
RealP

8. Don't worry, you'll forget about it.
I just realized a few days ago people were responding to a DU'er I had put on ignore 6 months ago, and completely forgot that I had done it.

And the best part is, I'm guilt free. You will be too. Welcome to the club.

9. I have been close to ignoring people these past few days
Still haven't yet.

But that person or persons are on thin ice...

I'm talking about you, Robb!

10. I know how you feel...
I didn't like putting my first person on ignore, but I decided that anyone who starts snarky threads attacking any of the candidates, or bemoning the fact that candidate X will surely lose needed to be ignored. I'll clear the list at the end of the primaries, but until then their snarkyness has earned them a spot in my list...

11. After 2 1/2 years, I finally hit the button last night
Strictly a matter of hearing the same "I'm not voting, you shouldn't either, and here's why!!" rant from the same idiot for the 100th time. I had a fleeting twinge of guilt, as in censoring free speech. However, having spent the last 3 hours reading up in GD and even GD Primaries without once encountering that bush-enabler, I may be ready to go on an "ignore" spree just to feel the cleansing power!

<could become addictive>
