I'm having fun right now going through adjustments on accounts :sarcasm:

Seriously, where I work, if you ever tell your credit card company you didn't receive the billing statement and you get late fees, finance charges, your APR goes up and if they record you as late, they are supposed to make sure it's all taken care of and removed and everything restored back the way it was. Believe it or not, we're on a crackdown here to make sure that when our mistakes are made, that we're fixing them so that you're not having to call in to speak to my peers to fix things that should have been fixed on earlier phone calls. My training team here is having a hard time of it, and so am I. I've had to sit here all day going through adjustments and making sure that every one of them is correct, for the right reason, and if a specific adjustment has been done, has all of the other required adjustments been done too. Frighteningly, that hasn't been the case these last two days.

Gotta get back to work. I might have a nightcap tonight; I need it!
