5. I was thinking about that this morning.

I wondered if any hurricane reporter would give his report from inside a secure building, with a live feed on a large screen behind him, a storm cam secured somewhere outside, nearby. The reporter would say, "It's been overdone, the intrepid, brave reporter standing in the middle of a hurricane to show us all how bad it is. Those reporters are idiots. We don't have to see their ratings-grabs to know it's hell out there. I value my life and I can tell you what's going on now, and what the forecast is, without risking my life."
