My wife was involved in a minor minor fender bender in a parking lot. Nothing but a rear view mirror was damanged and they called to see if we were ok.

Progressive is who we have.

I think I will send flowers

I had state farm for fifeteen years and the only time they called if I was late with a payment

was they wanted it on record that you were OK, so you wouldn't turn around and sue later.

2. I've had them for a few years, and am quite happy with them

I've never had any trouble with coverage changes, vehicle changes, etc. And they're a lot cheaper than the traditional agent-based policy was that I used to have.
