Time Warner service in my entire block went down this evening. I was in the middle of writing a post too. #$@%&! :mad:

Tech Support said it might not be repaired until sometime this weekend. But it's working right now. I don't know if this is temporary and it's going to go down again, or if it was just an easy repair.

If I get cut off again, I'll be back as soon as I can. I'm not going to pull a disappearing act again. :)

4. the DSL here was fucking up and I was disconnected for a bit

it always cuts in and out at night for some reason. We have A T & T. grrrr

You would think that anyplace in NYC would have reliable service. After all, this is supposedly the desest market in the US and it's considered the Jewel market for telecom services. But no such luck.
