I have had sex dreams about him and I have told him.

I've also had sex dreams about my former boss. :blush: I didn't tell him but I did tell my husband. Who thinks it's funny. :P

I guess it would depend on the friend - I fairly recently had a sex dream about another (female) friend and I don't think I'd tell her.
