I'm rereading the series with MG Jr.--we're plowing through the books at a very fast pace (his request) and I'm trying to figure out when we should take a break, because he won't be ready to handle the later books and how dark they are--not just yet. Maybe we'll pause after the third book, although it'll be difficult to explain to him why.
