Ten years of the purple flamer!

Spyro the Dragon.

(And you bet your tail I have all the console games.) :-)

On September 10, 1998 we were all introduced to Spyro the Dragon®. This initial platformer launched the young purple dragon into stardom and began a legacy that continues today. Over the last decade Spyro has thwarted evil in 17 games spanning ten systems and we can't wait for more. Fortunately we don't have to. This fall, Spyro will be turning double digits! To celebrate this momentous 10-year anniversary Sierra Entertainment is releasing the final chapter of the latest Spyro trilogy, The Legend of Spyro®: Dawn of the Dragon.
