What can I fucking say?

Devotion Ale is a fruity, musky Belgian Style Ale with a little Brettanomyces in it. It matches the sausage heavy dirty rice I'm eating.

Something about French Inspired food with French inspired Beer. It just works.

The beer smells great, the food eats away at your tongue (I threw in over a tablespoon of Cayenne in it - is that so wrong???)

I love it.
