OK this humidity has to stop now.
it has been making me all achy and it does not cool down enough at night to sleep, so I am achy, cranky and downright exhausted. And it looks like another sleepless night.

8. That's why I hate hot weather.
When it's cold, you can always pile on more layers.

When it's hot, when can I do? Flay myself? I already take 3 lukewarm showers a day!

5. This is the first year that I have realized I am old....
my knee throbs all day every day when it's humid! I would love to be able to say it's from an old sports injury, but truth be told, I tripped over a rusty dog chain outside my (then) boyfriends fraternity house and ended up with not only a vicious knee injury, but also blood poisoning and had to be in the hospital on IV antibiotics for two days.....

ahhhhh, youth.....

12. Another apparent pop-culture reference
that messes up my hair.

My resolve is firm, however, to refuse to be "hep" just so I can understand what You People are talking about.

14. I thought that was the beauty of the Southwest--no humidity!
We have it here, too. But we're supposed to.

So, I can commiserate.
