For 28 years the DP-2 project has been funded with earmarks by Duncan Hunter and the plane still can't fly. There is video of a "test" of a half-size version of it last year, and that's what we got for our $55 million - a toy that doesn't work. Meanwhile, Tony DuPont and his wiffe (of yes, that already filthy rich DuPont family) waltz off with $55 million of our money, for NOTHING in return. Thankfully Congress finally cut off the funding.
