Is it possible to be *turned* into a vegan?!1

I don't need to tell you *everything* but I need to lose some weight *and* to (I ferget) ...


However, all last week I ate SALAD



AND it has had some kind of EFFECT!1



AND yesterday when I actually ate a (small) chicken fried steak and a baked potato


IT WAS TOO MUCH!1


The good news was that today I ate only salad AND took a big crap and feel GREAT!1 Is this normal?!1



Actually, I'm womdering whether (notice my grammar) I don't need MEAT -- *and* actually I'm very VERY fond of mammals and don't like to eat animals, and could possibly just EAT PLANTS!1



So, am I a VEGAN?!1 (or turning into one?)

4. I'd say that it is normal to feel better when you've cut animal products out of your diet.

But unlike with sexuality - you must *CHOOSE* to be vegan. You can't catch it - it's not teh gay! ;)
