My mother-in-law called me
today

she is a wonderful woman and has supported me through this whole thing.

She wanted to know where we were with the divorce. I told her it's at both of the lawyers
to look over.
and she asked me to "drag my feet"

I said

ok

NOT

She told my stbx off a couple of weeks ago about the howorker
and he hasn't talked to her since

this fucking sucks

:hi:

2. Howorker I got. (that's clever!) What's a stbx?
I think I know what X means, unless stbx altogether stands for shitbox, which is a funny thing to call someone.

Sorry things are sucking. But good on ya for not footdragging. You deserve respect and you shouldn't have to eat shit before finding peace & and happy place in your life.

Hang in there, Losty.

She means well, but you really don't need this.
Good on her for telling off her son.

7. Why does she want you to drag your feet?
Does she think anything is going to change?

At any rate, I'm glad she's supportive and I'm sorry. I know how that suckage feels.

11. Its
YOUR decision lost

mother in laws be damned

If you want to drag your feet you can

however, how long has this dragged on, and how does that make you feel when it does?

At this point, do what you need to do to take care of you and let your stbx mother in law take care of herself and your stbx needs to figure out his part in this action you've put into play.

Ultimately do what you need to do FOR YOU, no one else, just YOU.
