6. Soyrizo burrito bowl! With fresh avocado sauce.
I'd call it guacamole but it's really just avocado, plain Greek yogurt, salt, pepper and chipotle whipped until it's like mousse. YUM! I've got brown rice, fresh arugula from the farmer's market, vine tomatoes, black beans, red onions, and a little shredded cheese.

Dog, I'm hungry!

20. A very simple outdoor dinner:
Homemade baguette, some cheese: provolone, stilton and swiss; sun dried tomato bruschetta, prosciutto, and a pitcher of white wine sangria. Wife had a bad day, so I whipped this up and we ate in the shade of our lilac and decompressed.

23. heap big salad : grilled chicken breast on a bed of mixed greens
with the following additional items cut up in it:
1 small banana
1 small nectarine
1 apple
a few pieces of walnut
a few dried cranberries

fat free raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

It was lovely. I am feeling very stuffed.

Last night I had the savory version:
chicken breast
greens
cucumber
tomato
bell pepper
carrots
purple onion
radishes
mushrooms
Blue Cheese vinaigrette dressing.

I grilled a double wide chicken breast last night and cut it in half, saved the second half for tonight.
