So I'm re-watching "24 - Season 5" and President Logan says...
...something about "Americans will all be dying if oil hits $100 a barrel, and that's why I'm on about this huge conspiracy to implicate Russian terrorists..." blah blah blah.

And I think to myself, $100 a barrel?

This creep's taking on Jack Bauer to stave off $100 a barrel oil?

And our real president does what?

Not since the giant suitcase car phone in the trunk in "Lethal Weapon" has something seemed so contemporary, then become dated so quickly. :D

1. I miss President Geena Davis...
It was relaxing to imagine a president in control. And then she won an Emmy for it and the show was canceled. :wtf:
