How do I make a quote box?

I still haven't been able to figure out how a make a box for a quote like I see others use. I tried the usual code but it doesn't seem to work.

"HTML lookup table"? If you click on it (after turning off your popup-killer) there is a heading called "Blockquotes" with the description "Create a styled, indented blockquote (useful for posting excerpts from articles)"

The code is difficult to post since it will just use the code and nothing will show up. So, I'll "describe" the code pieces :D

Use the left bracket, 2nd key from the right of the backslash.
Then type: div class="excerpt"
close the bracket
type or paste in your text
left bracket
/div
right bracket

I hope that works
