3. For nights that I play hockey.

McDonald's at 11:00 AM: Double Cheeseburger, fries and a big-ass Coke.

Small plate of spaghetti 2 hours before I hit the ice.

Listen to Danzig or other obnoxious stuff on drive to rink 75 minutes before I hit the ice.

Stretching for 30 minutes one hour before I hit the ice.

Spend 30 minutes strapping on the goalie gear.

Play hockey for 90 minutes. Swearing occasionally.

Spend 30 minutes removing the gear and shooting the bull.

Drive home.

Play Age of Empires III for an hour as I cool off and drink water.

Bedtime.

4. I just have this one set of crunch-like exercises to work up my core.
Works pretty well. It's kinda hard to explain in just text though.

Quick warm up, stretching.

Usually, I start on the double pulley machine to get the muscles ready:
2 hand tricep rope pulldowns, superset with low single pulley cross body bicep curls. Whole stack on the triceps, around 70 lbs on the curls;

Single hand tricep cross body pulldowns, superslow, also as a superset, but with two-handed rope hammer curls;

Then, off the pulleys, and on to the free weights.

Barbell curls (3 sets)

Weighted dips (3 sets)

Preacher EZ-Bar curls (3 sets)

Dumbell curls, super slow (3 or 4 sets, depending)

Hammer curls, run-the-rack style, 50's down to 5's (3 sets)

Back to the pulleys for the final stretch with overhead dual high pulley curls, flex-n-hold style.

After that, sit down, wish for death.

9. First I start with a little Minor Threat...
Then I ease my way into some Black Flag, followed by a little Land Speed Record era Husker Du, finishing off with a little Bad Brains.

(Like you guys didn't see something like that coming from me, haha.)
