One of my neigbors put a flesh-colored toilet on the boulevard,
another has been trying to sell a canoe from his front yard for about two weeks, and there is a garage sale sign down the block that says, I kid you not, "HUGH SALE!"

I am bitterly conflicted right now; I SO want to go out there with my camera and document my neighbors' weirdness, but I KNOW someone would see me.

4. One of them has brain damage (of unknown cause)
and I don't know the other two, but they may also have brain damage, so I'm a little reticent...
