except they're scaring all the people who have no knowledge of the stuff. Maastrict is on the border of Germany, Belgium and France. It would be so easy to go to a coffee bar or something like that...there's a "code of ethics" among mj ppl - again, it's not like a hard drug, and I just find it hard, on the face of it, to understand this article.

did you see the picture of the lead mixed in? it was so obviously not pot. Pot these days isn't sold with lots of loose leaves like back in the stoned ages when I regularly partook... at least good pot isn't. good pot is sold as compact, solid buds.

I really hate articles like this that equate pot with drugs like cocaine or meth because they are nothing alike. It's strange that these ppl had this bad stuff when they could easily get graded, named and quality-controlled goods elsewhere.

it also makes no sense for some sleaze-bag dealer to do that b/c mj isn't viewed in the same way as hard drugs in Germany... why would a dealer want to mess with his (sic) customer base? Again, legalize and create quality standards. Illegal marijuana is so much bullshit. The war on drugs is so much bullshit. A waste of money and lives and attention that could be put on rehab for those who actually do have a substance abuse problem.

This story just sounds... off to me.
