4. I was not thinking of necessary repair.
I withdraw my impulse.

3. Better from her than the surgeon who worked on her
It's like haircuts - do you choose the barber with the best hair in the shop, or the one with the worst?

5. exactly
I had breast reduction surgery hmm about 13 years ago and I did a lot of asking around before I picked a surgeon. He's really kind of a pompous ass but he really cracks me up with his attention to detail. I went back to see him to have a cyst removed on my breast and when he did the exam he was all aghast that one of the scar lines healed too widely and he wanted "his" boobs to be perfect. He told me that if I'd pay for the OR supplies he'd donate his time to redo the one scar when he removed the cyst. Cost me less than 200 bucks and he spent well over 2 hours redoing the scar line (which, by the way, now is perfect). I had to love that dedication and even if he is sort of assy if I ever had to have reconstructive surgery or anything I'd go back to him in a heartbeat.

15. Awesome - sounds like the guy almost has a right to be a bit pompous
Medicine is definitely one area where I don't let my personal (dis)likes affect my decisions; I've met some doctors who were great at their jobs but were people I'd never associate with otherwise (perhaps a higher proportion of those than other areas). And, of course, I'd never go back to a bad doc, no matter how much I loved them as a person...

7. Yikes. I think she's very pretty. Did she get work done? Where?
Is it botched? I can't see it.

8. Her photo is in a full page ad in one of the local ad magazines
You know the "free" lifestyle rags?

The full page version looks, well, waxy and inhuman

10. It's okay
The photo in the spread makes her looks like she is "freshly dead" (oblique Young Frankenstein reference)

12. Sure. She looks like she uses her product.
I just hate to see plastic surgeons with gargoyle faces getting ready to cut into a woman to give her bigger boobs. I always wonder "Can't that woman see that the doctor himself doesn't believe in plastic surgery"?

13. I am going with this guy.
Great price and the surgery can be done at home. No need for hospitals and their fancy drugs.
