Poll question: Happy Birthday, Bette Davis! of her movies, which is your favorite?
How many of today's Birthday Girl's -- BETTE DAVIS -- movies have you seen and enjoyed? Which ones are your favorites and why?

Since there are SO many wonderful selections to choose from, I have had to narrow the focus to those for which she was nominated for an Oscar (and even then there are 11 choices (!) and only 10 slots in the poll) x( Feel free to add your favorites to your reply!!

1. "Now, Voyager" - it's sappy as hell, but I don't care!
"Don't let's ask for the moon - we have the stars!" Ahhhhhhh!

10. This is her one movie where she showed real vulnerability..
and growth.
In many of her films, she was a bad-ass,
a woman with an attitude,
which was ahead of her time,
but you felt you could never get close to her.

In "Voyager" you felt she had heart.....

2. "Fasten your seatbelts -
it's going to be a bumpy night!"

One of the all-time greatest lines, from one of the all-time best films.

Happy birthday, Bette!

3. And don't forget the postage stamp.
Yes, the Postal Service is issuing a Bette Davis stamp in time for her 100th birthday. It's part of the Legends of Hollywood series.
