Monkey Who Stole Glasses Bites Cop's Ear Off
<snip>

A SENIOR police officer has lost part of his ear after it was bitten off by a monkey near the eastern Indian city of Calcutta.

Rathin Thakur, an assistant commissioner of police, was attacked by the monkey on his way to work Thursday in Belgharia, 20km north of Calcutta, police official S. Dutta said.

Thakur, 56, waved at a group of monkeys sitting on a rooftop and the gesture prompted one of them to jump on his shoulder and snatch his glasses, Mr Dutta said.

The monkey tore off part of his right ear as Thakur tried to retrieve his glasses, he said.

6. for me its the ear
don't know why i guess its just so much more personal witnessing torture.

the bullets are kind of an unseen entity for me. as i grow older i can take less and less visual one on one torture in movies.

FANTASTIC movie though

7. agreed, but...
You don't see either act, only the outcomes. And if you want to get technical, the ear is an unseen identity too :evilgrin:

I just want to take Mr. Orange to a damn hospital when I see that scene.

I know when I was on the force, you didn't wanna fuck with me! My and my partner, the infamous Lt. Detective John Sullivan, NYPD, we'd tear the place up. Nobody so much as slammed their doors when were on the beat (even the guy with OCD), they'd all be up in their houses, watching TV, turning it down as we passed by.
