I Saw A Drag Queen Who Looked Just Like Eleanor Roosevelt
She was wearing a fur coat, a fringy hat, and even had the horsey teeth. I was waiting for for Franklin to come wheeling in with a cigarette holder in his mouth and a martini shaker in his hand.

4. Where did you see Eleanor? On the street? In a club?
At a famous widows party one Halloween in DC, I saw a Jackie Kennedy (in Halston dress and blue pillox hat), a Coretta Scott King (wearing a tiara). There were such bizarreries as Lurleen Wallace in a wheel chair and a Princess Grace wearing a steering wheel around her neck. The famous widows theme was interpreted rather liberally.

Grace Kelly's recent death in the sport's car was fresh in everybody's mind. The funniest part of the evening was when Lurleen, after a laying on of hands in a miraculous faith healing, sprang out of her wheelchair, folded it up into a corner by a speaker, and got out on the dance floor and kicked up her legs and danced.

There was also an Eleanor Roosevelt. She was mostly sitting upright, talking, a cloth coat with fur collar arrayed over the back of her chair.
