OK, so that's done. What a fucking week from hell.

Buried a friend and colleague yesterday. Suicide, 47 years old, 2 young kids. He lost a long battle with depression.

Today, news from another dear friend that her grown son has a brain tumor.

This week, another dear friend learned that her father has lung cancer.

God! I am so grateful for my good health and stability but things seem to be falling apart around me and there is so little I can do to help.

Please send me some good energy and I will definately use it and pass it along.
