I just had Cream of Wheat

I can't remember the last time I had Cream of Wheat.

It was pretty good.

I'm following it up w/ some fruit and yogurt.

7. even better if you use half and half

I cook it with milk not water, and pour half and half over it. Whee!

Actually, I can't eat it anymore because of the carbs, but that was good when I could.

probably there's something wrong with me, but i just love it

as grasswire says, you can only have an annoyingly small portion if you are controlling carbs, and the wheat sensitive can't eat it at all i suppose

too bad i like it better than chocolate
