What's the sexiest song you've heard?
For me it's New Pony by Bob Dylan. If you've heard it you'll know why.

7. There's an obscure song by the Bee Gees called Charade
It's on their album Mr. Natural, which is probably my favorite of theirs. It came right before Main Course, which heralded the beginning of the falsettos, banal lyrics and disco beat.

close your eyes and listen.....

Baby, show me what you feel
Come to me, show me somethin' real
I need to know, I need you completely
(closer, baby, closer) Come on closer, baby (let's begin)
Love is takin' over, gotta let it in
Ooh and I need to feel the heart of you
I need to reach the very deepest part of you

Chorus:
Can I touch you there, touch you deep inside
Can I touch your heart, the way you're touchin' mine
Can I touch you there, touch you deep within, oh
Can I touch you there, can I touch you oh...(there)

Oooh Baby, tell me with your eyes
Tell me every secret, darlin'
Every deep desire, till you and I
Are makin' love completely
(closer, baby, closer) come on closer, baby,
(can't be close enough)
I can't help the way I hold you
I just hunger for your love
Oooh and I need to feel the heart of you
I need to reach the deepest part of you

Chorus:

All I wanna dois touch you, baby
Touch you very soul inside of you
Oooh and I need to feel the heart of you
I need to reach the very deepest part of you
Oh, let me be the one to show you
Just what love can do
Come on, baby, come on

Chorus

"Seduces Me"

Everything you are
Everything you'll be
Touches the current of love
So deep in me
Every sigh in the night
Every tear that you cry
Seduces me

All that I am
All that I'll be
Means nothing at all
If you can't be with me
Your most innocent kiss
Or your sweetest caress
Seduces me

I don't care about tomorrow
I've given up on yesterday
Here and now is all that matters
Right here with you is where I'll stay

Everything in this world
Every voice in the night
Every little thing of beauty
Comes shining thru in your eyes
And all that is you becomes part of me too
'Cause all you do seduces me

And if I should die tomorrow
I'd go down with a smile on my face
I thank God I've ever known you
I fall down on my knees
For all the love we've made

Every sigh in the night
Every tear that you cry
Seduces me seduces me
All that you do , , , .. Seduces me

18. Lyrics to "New Pony"
Edited on Thu Mar-06-08 10:18 PM by KCdemocrat

Once I had a pony, her name was Lucifer
I had a pony, her name was Lucifer
She broke her leg and she needed shooting
I swear it hurt me more than it could ever have hurted her

Sometimes I wonder what's going on in the mind of Miss X
Sometimes I wonder what's going on in the mind of Miss X
You know she got such a sweet disposition
I never know what the poor girl's gonna do to me next

I got a new pony, she knows how to fox-trot, lope and pace
Well, I got a new pony, she knows how to fox-trot, lope and pace
She got great big hind legs
And long black shaggy hair above her face

Well now, it was early in the mornin', I seen your shadow in the door
It was early in the mornin', I seen your shadow in the door
Now, I don't have to ask nobody
I know what you come here for

They say you're usin' voodoo, your feet walk by themselves
They say you're usin' voodoo, I seen your feet walk by themselves
Oh, baby, that god you been prayin' to
Is gonna give ya back what you're wishin' on someone else

Come over here pony, I, I wanna climb up one time on you
Come over here pony, I, I wanna climb up one time on you
Well, you're so bad and nasty
But I love you, yes I do

If you are not, Then Wicked Game is right up there (because you are in a romantic/sensual type mood)

57. You can leave your hat on...
I like the one sung by Tom Jones.

Baby take off your coat
Real slow
Take off your shoes
I'll take off your shoes
Baby take off your dress
Yes, yes, yes

You can leave your hat on
You can leave your hat on
You can leave your hat on

Go over there
Turn on the light
All the lights
Come over here
Stand on that chair
Yeah, that's right
Raise your arms in the air
Now shake 'em

You give me reason to live
You give me reason to live
You give me reason to live
You give me reason to live

You can leave your hat on
You can leave your hat on
You can leave your hat on
You can leave your hat on
You can leave your hat on
You can leave your hat on

Suspicious minds keep talkin
They try to tear us apart
They don't believe in this love of ours
They don't know what love is
They don't know what love is
They don't know what love is
But I know what love is

You can leave your hat on
You can leave your hat on...

If there was ever a song to slow strip to.....This gets :thumbsup: in our bedro...er house.

BTW .... my preference may be due to the fact that some of my earliest sexual experiences included Marvin's version as the soundtrack.

72. "You Wreck Me" by Tom Petty
"I'll be the boy in the corduroy pants
You'll be the girl at the high school dance
Run with me wherever I go
And just play dumb, whatever you know

Oh, yeah, you wreck me, baby
You break me in two
But you move me, honey
Yes you do"

Brings me right back to Massachusetts, when I was 15 years old, and the "older woman-slash-girl next door" (she was 16) was the first girl I ever loved. I loved spending time with her, I loved sitting in the snow with her and talking trash, I loved walking in the woods with her, I loved it when her parents would come over and visit with my parents and we'd be in my room watching TV, I loved sitting on the old stone wall down by the lake and talking even MORE trash. I loved sitting in my back yard under a full moon waiting for her to come home so I could see her and when she asked me if I was waiting for her I'd say "NO" and we both knew I was LYING.

Pure sex and not a "dirty" word in sight.

99. "A Thousand Kisses Deep."
The song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P0j14GrB-u8

The poem on which the song is based, read by its author, Leonard Cohen: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXaRT8CXmGE

The poem:
Don't matter if the road is long
Don't matter if it's steep
Don't matter if the moon is gone
And the darkness is complete
Don't matter if we lose our way
It's written that we'll meet
At least, that's what I heard you say
A thousand kisses deep

I loved you when you opened
Like a lily to the heat
You see, I'm just another snowman
Standing in the rain and sleet
Who loved you with his frozen love
His second hand physique
With all he is and all he was
A thousand kisses deep

I know you had to lie to me
I know you had to cheat
You learned it on your father's knee
And at your mother's feet
But did you have to fight your way
Across the burning street
When all our vital interests lay
A thousand kisses deep

I'm turning tricks
I'm getting fixed
I'm back on boogie street
I'd like to quit the business
But I'm in it, so to speak
The thought of you is peaceful
And the file on you complete
Except what I forgot to do
A thousand kisses deep

Don't matter if you're rich and strong
Don't matter if you're weak
Don't matter if you write a song
The nightingales repeat
Don't matter if it's nine to five
Or timeless and unique
You ditch your life to stay alive
A thousand kisses deep

The ponies run
The girls are young
The odds are there to beat
You win a while, and then it's done
Your little winning streak
And summon now to deal with your invincible defeat
You live your life as if it's real
A thousand kisses deep

I hear their voices in the wine
That sometimes did me seek
The band is playing Auld Lang Syne
But the heart will not retreat
There's no forsaking what you love
No existential leap
As witnessed here in time and blood
A thousand kisses deep

Slow Hand~Pointer Sisters:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l84d0OkhSIw

edited to add lyrics:

Slow Hand
Pointer Sisters

As the midnight moon, was drifting through
The lazy sway of the trees
I saw the look in your eyes, lookin' into mine
Seeing what you wanted to see
Darlin' don't say a word, cause I already heard
What your body's sayin' to mine
I'm tired of fast moves
I've got a slow groove...
On my mind

I want a man with a slow hand
I want a lover with an easy touch
I want somebody who will spend some time
Not come and go in a heated rush
I want somebody who will understand
When it comes to love, I want a slow hand

On shadowed ground, with no one around
And a blanket of stars in our eyes
We are drifting free, like two lost leaves
On the crazy wind of the night
Darlin', don't say a word, 'cause I already heard
What your body's sayin' to mine
If I want it all night
You say it's alright
We got the time

'Cause I got a man with a slow hand
I got a lover with an easy touch
I found somebody who will spend some time
Not come and go in a heated rush
I found somebody who will understand
When it comes to love, I want a slow hand

If I want it all night
Please say it's alright
It's not a fast move
But a slow groove
On my mind

'Cause I got a man with a slow hand
I got a lover with an easy touch
I found somebody who will spend some time
Not come and go in a heated rush
I found somebody who will understand
When it comes to love, I want a slow hand

As the midnight moon, was drifting through
The lazy sway of the trees
I saw the look in your eyes, lookin' into mine
Seeing what you wanted to see
Darlin' don't say a word, cause I already heard
What your body's sayin' to mine
I'm tired of fast moves
I've got a slow groove...

I want a man with a slow hand
I want a lover with an easy touch
I want somebody who will spend some time
Not come and go in a heated rush
I want somebody who will understand
When it comes to love, I want a slow hand

On shadowed ground, with no one around
And a blanket of stars in our eyes
We are drifting free, like two lost leaves
On the crazy wind of the night

111. One of the sexiest.
I had Classic Arts Showcase on today and caught a video of a dance to Celia Cruz's "Te Busco." I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed that song.

"Te Busco" plays over the closing montage of the film Lantana, a big favorite of mine from recent years. This is not quite a spoiler but does provide something of an epilogue for each of the characters. I just love it.
