Oprah.com is having a free course that starts tonight. It is using this book

[Maraya1969]

called A New Earth. I started reading it last week and I must say that it is a great book. It is about spiritual living and I've already been able to point out in my own self where my thoughts cause me unnecessary pain an hardship.

Oprah is doing a lot to help people become more aware and generous and accepting and loving to all people and things.

So if anyone is interested you have to sign up to take the course which is just like signing up for DU. I have no idea what it will be like at 9PM eastern when it starts. I figured I'd pass the word around.
