I'm posting from my new notebook
Nope, it's not an IBook, I am a Windoze monkey. Brand new Compaq. C751NR. P1.60 Duo core, 120GB hard drive, 2 GB memory, 15.4 screen. $449 at Best Buy. I am happy. Way faster than my old Centrino, and not loaded with crap, so very little to uninstall.


I know how many people like Macs here, and this is a Vista Premium system, but after disabling the security crap and changing it over to look like XP, I like it.


Now I can carry my business stuff with me to work instead of having it on a desktop there.


It was a GREAT deal.
