33. Actually the distinction between a zombie and a mutant is an important one...

The zombie's ability to survive without food, water or oxygen makes it much more formidable than any mutant. (We're not talking X-Men mutants here, that's just ridiculous, haha.) You could kill a mutant through the same means as a human, presumably, but a zombie requires significant damage to the brain.

The survival tactics when being chased by a zombie or a mutant would be quite different.

This thing has been a running joke for a few years in my house and then a few kids at my daughter's school have also read the book and have come up with their own plans, her english teacher finally decided to make an assignment out of it and it was pretty damn funny, these kids had some really good ideas.
