Sweet, I'm downloading the HD (QT) version. Looks like they redirect you to a different server, I had to let firefox open a pop-up window. Btw, for some bizarre reason the 720p version has a larger file size than the 1080p one.

Plays in The VLC Player for those that wince at the thought of installing codecs.

http://www.videolan.org/ As with just about any video player this one too will associate itself by default with lots of file types unless you uncheck the right boxes during installation. The beauty of it is that it has everything it needs inside its own program folder. But caveat emptor.

1. I wanted more

The music brings a lot of anticipation, but then the images leave me disappointed. Star Trek is about the people, not the ship. The first Star Trek movie did not appeal to me because too much emphasis was placed on the ship. I sincerely hope they do not make the same mistake with this one.

4. It's one big pretty effect with Leonard Nimoy's voiceover.

Until there's something of substance, I'd be better off sucking on a candycane and then wondering how I got so fat and diabetic, complete with rotting teeth.

Or I could read this article again (warning, contains crude depictions, may not be safe to read if you'd just eaten.)
