Soy question
In preparing lunch, I brought out a tube of Soyrizo imitation chorizo. Amusingly, the inner plastic had ruptured and the whole packet was ballooned in size. Fluid had built up in the packet as well.

The expiration date is 2/14/08, but I've never seen a packet whose inner lining ruptured, with pressure creating a sort of balloon.

The imitation meat within still seemed consistent, though liquid had accumulated inside the packet as well (escaped the meat; the whole thing is airtight.)

I think it probably would be good...?

Thx!
