I love spinach.

One of my favorite ways to prepare spinach is lightly steamed, with a touch of key lime juice and salt.

Simplicity itself.

I made some sausage soup earlier, and there's sandwich stuff, crackers and cheese, yogurt... I'm just pickin' here and there.

Portuguese kale soup is made with morcilla and choriz.

14. Your dinner sounds

scrumptious. Homemade French onion soup is simmering as I type. Soon I'll be ready to put in bowls, with a wonderful slice of French bread, topped with Swiss cheese for melting! I can hardly wait. Been dreaming about French onion soup all day!
