I just about cut my finger off last night

Well, I exaggerate on the cutting off part, but I did take a big big chunk out of it. I was plugging in my internet line when it got stuck on the printer box I should have put in the junk room a week ago. I went down and hit the pane of glass I've been telling my wife to move for over a month and cut the bloody hell out of my finger. I probably should have gone to get it stitched, but being male and it being a long way from any vital organs I stuck it back together and fashioned a home made bandage.
So, here I am working with a finger short, and dreading this evening when we'll change the bandage because it's going to hurt like hell. She moved the damn glass anyway.

1. Did you super glue it shut?

It's a great substitute for stitches. Actually, they do it all the time in the ER too if it's not someplace on a joint that will pull open.

3. No I didn't but that's a good idea

I'll see what can be done with it this evening. I had some drinking buddies that had a falling out over just suck a thing, one of them passed out and split his head open and the other super glued it back together.
The gluee got mad as hell about it tried to punch out the other one, but they were too drunk to do any harm, as far as I know they're still not speaking.

I've reached the age where things don't heal as fast as they once did, it may be a month before it's back to normal.
