Do geese shit while in flight?
I know smaller, lesser "birds" such as the sparrow and seagull do, as I have been bestowed on many occasions with their gifts from heaven, but this is not about them.

What I really need to know is, do geese shit while in flight? I just flew under a herd of geese on my motorcycle and the last thing I need is to be assaulted by miniature turds at 85 mph. :scared:

1. Geese are fairly large birds...
I don't know how 'miniature' you're expecting those turds to be, but don't get too hopeful, that's my advice.

3. I'd have to guess yes
That stuff is pretty slickery. The goose would need a sphinctor of steel to hold that stuff back.

5. I would imagine so.

Given the enormous distances they migrate every year, I can't really see having the time to line up outside gas station lavatories.

15. Well that's what they get for putting those man made ponds in.
The geese don't realize it's supposed to make your golf game harder, they just think it's a lake where they can eat lunch and take a shit.

13. Oh, yes, they do.
I run out in our yard when I hear them honking, because I like to watch them fly overhead, usually in big V formations. It turned out to be a low flying pair, barely clearing the telephone lines, and one let fly a goose gloop which landed on my head. It resembled algae, so I guess it was digest of river plants.

16. It's supposed to be good luck, but that's no consolation for a spoiled sundae
My uncle draped his navy blue blazer over the rail at a dockside restaurant while he ate lunch, and when he got up and put it on he discovered the begging seagulls had decorated it with white/gray splotches!

17. You bet they do. It happened to my daughter.
We were walking in the woods on her grandparents' farm.
Here came a flock of low flying geese.
Then we heard a pitter-patter in the leaves.
And she got a clump right in her ear.
Poor kid. At least she didn't freak on me and I cleaned her up.

19. No, they shit carefully on all the footpaths around our nearby lake.
They also like sidewalks.

They can't possibly have enough shit left to drop it from the air.

20. They're doing that from the air...
Their remarkable accuracy is due to laser-guidance.

You know...Smart Shits
