$1.1 million: 15-acres, 4 bedrooms, 2 fireplaces, cathedral ceilings, previous owner Michael Vick
Wanna Get a Piece of Michael Vick's Doghouse?

Posted Dec 31st 2007 7:13PM by TMZ Staff

Now here's a listing that's going to burn up the market -- the house where Michael Vick let dogs kill each other for amusement -- is up for sale for a cool $1.1 million. Arf!

http://www.tmz.com/2007/12/31/wanna-get-a-piece-of-michael-vicks-doghouse/

The infamous dog house didn't sell during a recent auction -- shocking, we know -- so developer Wilbur Ray Todd, Jr. has put it on the market. The spread, in case you were wondering, is a 15-acre compound with five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, two fireplaces, cathedral ceilings -- and no doghouses of any kind! If they can't sell it, maybe they can leash it.

Mr. Ed beware: The listing notes that the property allows horses.

Vick's home these days is a prison cell in Warsaw, Va., where he's serving a 23-month sentence for dogfighting conspiracy.

3. "He's an innocent victim of his upbringing"
Sorry...I was just repeating that stuff Whoopi and Jaime Foxx said.

He IS a dumb ass. A non-victim dumb ass.

4. Not exactly an architectural wonder, is it.
That is an ugly damn house. I suppose the 15 acres makes it worth the 1.1 mil. but I'd want a better looking house for that kind of cash.

It is a freaking vinyl McMansion!

6. I'd buy it.
Perfect spot to run pitbull rescue from. Even has "facilities" like temporary kennels which I could really use.

Good compound to operate from. The good might purify the place.

Anybody got $1.1 million I can borrow?

8. Both ironic, and a good idea... I like it.
Unfortunately I don't have 1.1 mil lying around... :\

10. It's still fugly. And in Virginia. Do you really want Midlo for a neighbor?
1.1 mil can get you acreage and plenty of room to put kennels and shit up almost anywhere, and without a house that looks like a subdivision threw up on the lot.

12. 15 acres and retribution.
Hell, I could get a whole campaign built on buying Vick's property.

Imagine a couple years from now, me and Pacelle inviting Michael to come and visit Rescue de flvegan.

No good left undone.

13. It's hideous. And a rip-off.
Besides, if you're spending a mil+ on a house, you could get one with acreage in a cool part of California.

11. It looks like a prefab house?
1.1 mil certainly doesn't buy what it used to.
