So...Who wants the answer for my unexplained trip to the ER?

I just had a long call with the Doctors and guess what they told me?

They think they know why my heart was racing the other day.

Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 30mg

or, Non-Drowsy, Nasal Decongestant.

The Doctor told me not to use it anymore, and to use the other kind of decongestant instead. As if I really needed to be told that...

Now we just have to get a handle on my garden variety mildly high blood pressure and I am good to go.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and kind words in the "trip to the ER thread" now that this is figured out, I can go and enjoy my wonderful new years eve/engagement celebration.

I was really concerned with the unexplained spike in heart rate.

Now we just got to get to the why of my high BP and marginally high heart rate which they DONT have an explanation for yet...

Like I said the other day, as far as they can tell except for a rapid heart beat, I am 100% healthy.

Well, I'm glad you found out what caused your racing heart!

As far as your blood pressure:

Maybe lose some weight?

Some regular mild exercise?

Talk to your doctor!
