Pittsburgh Steelers fans: your help needed with the fight song (again)!

Okay. Here's the thing. From my research, there's 27 bajillion Steelers fight songs. The one I need has the following criteria:

1. The verses change every year to fit the circumstances

2. The chorus is THE SAME EVERY YEAR.

Some people suspect it's the one to the tune of "Pennsylvania Polka," but we're not sure. Can anybody please clarify which Steelers fight song fits the above criteria? Thanks!
