(For what it's worth, I originally typed "Christmas" cards and realized it before I posted, so it's still ingrained in my mind that way, even after 35+ years of Catholicism)
I haven't done cards yet. There are about 20 or 30 to do--IF I do them at all. Don't have the patience to do a "Update letter" and it seems rather cold to just do an impersonal--but with XXOOXX--card with nothing else.
So should I try anyhow? Some of them have to go to Canada, and this time of year, it's slower than Canadian maple syrup, so if I had thought about it, I should have to have done them several weeks ago. But, eh--shouldn't it be the thought that counts?
So I'm leaving it up to you all--should I merely try to get "something" out, or should I take a year off and try to get through the holdays without that extra stress?
