Breast Reduction Surgery, Disney-Style
Oh do I love Pixar. I had been unaware of Disney's subsequent...um...exclusion.

Shut your doors, Disney. Just stop.

Disney-fied version, with Asian commentary and original soundtrack/sound.

5. They did that with Lindsay Lohan, too
For the Herbie movie bomb she was in, there were supposedly some complaints in a focus group that some of the t-shirts/tops she wore in the movie showed a bit of cleavage. So, they digitally made her neckline higher to remove the evil cleavage.

3. Short done by Pixar in 1989
a snowman in a snow globe wants to get to a pretty woman poolside on an ashtray knick knack that says Sunny Miami on it

When it was shown before Finding Nemo, both women had been flattened out a bit:

7. More "hidden" than reduced
per an imdb.com review:

And Lohan, though she barely possess the spark that she's shown previously, doesn't do anything to embarrass herself, and even the much-ballyhooed digital remastering of her cleavage (which appears to extend only to raised necklines, not reduction of any kind) does little to upstage her charm, which, granted, is only on low wattage here - though man, at some point that girl's legs have grown something fierce!

Agrees with what NewJeffCT says above.
